Our Approaches
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills help children and youth better understand and manage big emotions, cope with stressful situations, and build healthier ways of responding when they feel overwhelmed. Through practical, age-appropriate strategies, young people can strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, communication, and problem-solving skills—helping them feel more confident and in control of their emotions and relationships.

Family Counselling
Family counselling helps families improve communication, resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges together. Using evidence-based approaches such as Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed practices, we support families in building understanding, improving connection, and creating healthier patterns of interaction.
Helping families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships in a safe, supportive environment.
Youth and Children
We provide a safe, supportive space for children and youth to explore their feelings, build coping skills, and navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, school pressures, or social difficulties. Youth is defined as ages 10+.
Our approach is age-appropriate, compassionate, and tailored to each child’s unique needs, helping them develop resilience and confidence.
Couples Counselling
Utilizing the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), we guide couples in addressing relationship struggles, such as communication difficulties, conflict, or past hurts, while promoting understanding, trust, and connection.
Through couples counselling, partners can develop practical tools to overcome challenges and build a more resilient, fulfilling relationship.
